Here we are in 2016 and no doubt there have been countless articles published that talk about lessons learned from 2015, and countless more offering practical advice for effecting change in the new year. These articles use the new year as an impetus for discussion. On the surface, there is nothing wrong with these articles and many offer interesting perspective and even sage advice.
